Event information

An introductory, non-competitive dance and movement program for all children aged 5 and up – open to girls and boys!

Children love to dance, move, and have fun — and Let’s Go! CaliKids is the perfect place for them to do just that.

These 45-minute sessions are designed to be safe, playful, and active, giving your child the chance to build confidence, stay fit, and connect with others in a fun and supportive environment.

While your child is having fun, they’ll also be developing:

Musical appreciation & rhythm
Social and cognitive skills
Fine and gross motor skills
Coordination, flexibility & core strength
Age-appropriate performance skills
This 6-week program is led by a nationally qualified coach or facilitator, focused on helping your child feel confident, strong, and ready to shine!

Why join?
Not only is this program a fun way for kids to get moving, it also gives them a gentle introduction to the style of movement that competitive calisthenics has to offer.

After completing the Let’s Go! CaliKids program, families will have the option to continue with the Calisthenics season starting in February 2026, where students will:

Learn full routines,
Refine their movement and performance skills, and
Work together as a team to compete in competitions held between August and October.
This way, children get to experience the joy of calisthenics in a fun, low-pressure setting first — before stepping into the exciting team environment.
